Fair Product Access

Turn One Games is committed to equal opportunity access for all players. To ensure high-demand items reach as many collectors as possible, we may limit quantities per customer and prioritize our local community members or event participants for certain major releases.

Shipping Policy

At Turn One Games, we strive to get your cards and games to your table as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days of being placed.

  • Standard & Priority: We offer reliable shipping options ranging from standard ground to expedited priority services to fit your needs.
  • Tracking: Once your label is created, tracking information will be provided via email whenever possible so you can monitor your package.
  • Carrier Delays: While we package and ship with care, please note that any delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) are outside our control, though we will always assist in resolving missing package issues.

Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at turnonegamesllc@gmail.com within 3–5 business days of delivery. We are committed to making it right for our community.

Sealed Product Returns

Unopened, original factory-sealed products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.

Singles & Opened Product

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and fair market pricing, all individual trading cards (singles) and opened booster packs or boxes are final sale. We do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Privacy Policy

  • We only use your name, email, address, and phone number to process your gaming orders and send updates you've opted into.
  • Your personal data is never sold to third parties; we use it strictly to improve our service and deliver your products.
  • You maintain full control over your information and can contact us at any time to update or permanently remove your data from our system.

Our goal is simple: to give as many different community members as possible a chance to grow their collections and compete.

By using the Turn One Games website, you agree to follow our posted rules and policies. While we strive for accuracy, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in the event of obvious pricing errors or system abuse. All sales on our platform are subject to our Fair Product Access rules to ensure a healthy community for all players.
